Reservations Policy

We are excited to have you join us for what promises to be an unforgettable night.  

To reserve a table there is a minimum charge required, pricing is dependent on the table’s location within the venue. The minimum charge (your table price) will also determine the bottle package that is offered with your booking. Please note that there is a limit on the number of guests permitted per table. Should you exceed the designated guest limit, an additional charge will apply. The maximum guest capacity per table, along with any applicable additional charges, are outlined in the table below:

TABLES PACKAGES

By reserving a backstage or VIP table, you are not only securing a desired spot within the event, but also enhancing your experience with premium bottle service. Our exclusive bottle package has been carefully curated to elevate your evening. Upon your arrival on the event day, your designated waiter will be ready to present your pre-ordered package. If you wish to order additional items beyond your included package (e.g., extra bottles), these will be charged according to the bottle menu pricing, which will be provided by your waiter upon request. Please note that payment for any additional orders must be completed prior to the bottles being served to your table. Both card and cash payments will be accepted.                                               

    

PAYMENT OPTIONS: DEPOSIT POLICY

To secure your table reservation, we require the full amount of payment to be made 1 month prior to event day. You will only receive your table confirmation email once you have paid the full amount. The 50% deposit will be required to reserve the table, if there is a change of circumstance and you decide to cancel or withdraw from your table reservation, the 50% deposit will be non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance must be paid one month prior and no later than 30th April 2025. Late payment will result in loss of your table reservation. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Payments for table bookings can be made via cash, payment link or wire transfer.
